Beach Road Food Centre is pretty notoriously vegan unfriendly but this is aglio olio is a gem. A naturally vegan dish for only 6 dollars that is very well done, where many non vegans have claimed the star of the meal the pasta and not the meat protien, which are optional. Truly one of the best aglio I've ever had, the garlic is strong but not bitter at all. I chose to zing up my aglio olio with a $1 mushroom top up. Perfect with the OATLA fresh oat milk in the same food centre ❤️
