Agedashi Tofu Bun

Incredibly soft bun with thin slices of tofu breaded and fried beautifully! The pickled celery was really nice with it. #veganisnotscary

I had never tried this before and I was amazed. When I say I could eat at least 12 of these in one sitting, I’m not even a little bit kidding. My new thing to CRAVE.
