Achar

Achar is a mixed vegetables pickles. Different cooks have different recipes. Some are good and some just miss the point. Many are made in factory which lacks the punch of a well made Achar. This Achar surprisingly tastes nice - the sweetness comes through nicely and the taste of the lime comes through distinctively. This is better than other coffeeshop stalls that I have tasted.
