7 Treasure Vegetables Maki

It was quite interesting to have cabbage leaves (I think) instead of seaweed for the sushi outer part. It was fresh tasting and generally delicious.

Haven’t tried a vegan maki I didn’t like. This one was crunchy, gingery and fresh. #vegansushi
