It’s the first time I eat #Chirashisushi 🙄
Chirashi means “scattered” and it’s exactly that: scattered sushi ingredients in a bowl 😏
It’s made of sushi rice, fried tofu, sweet potatoes 🍠, sweetened shiitake mushrooms, carrot 🥕, cucumber 🥒 , soy beans, noodles (I guess vermicelli), avocado 🥑 and toppings sprinkled over the top
I enjoyed this dish very much… only problem was the amount of plastic bags 😩 look at the second picture… #deathbyplastic
