Delicious vegan crunchy rice paper rolls filled with swiss chard, beets and marinated tofu, served
with oyster mushrooms, red onions, sprouts and smoked bell pepper puree. The rice paper rolls were super crunchy and the filling was aromatic and well seasoned. The bell pepper puree did not taste particularly smokey but was still delicious. The serving size was okay but could have been a bit more. The restaurant is currently open for dining in without any Corona restrictions, but as restrictions in Germany are changing very quickly and all the time, make sure to inform yourself about them if you plan on dining in and don't have a complete vaccine passport or proof of recovery.
