Easily the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Over the course of 4 nights at La Vimea, we had a 5-course dinner each night and all of the food was insanely good! I mean, nothing I’ve eaten even comes remotely close to this. All the dishes were small, complex, and pure art! These are just some sample photos… I wish I’d taken more, but I couldn’t wait to eat them. I particularly enjoyed the celery root dishes. If you can, you HAVE to try La Vimea’s food!
