I’m still dreaming about this dessert, which was probably my favorite one of my whole stay. A peach ice cream served on on a pop-corn cream, topped with crunchy caramel pop-corn and kumquat and matcha sauce. A very indulgent dessert mixing sweet and salty. I wish I could have had this twice! Truly amazing.
