Rice bowl topped with tender stir-fried bittergourd slices with a touch of tomato and seaweed. 🍅 Surprisingly flavourful and kinda reminded me of bittergourd fish soup which I used to love before going vegan! Companion who typically dislikes bittergourd found this not bad too. The rice bowl also came served with a generous pile of fried tofu and several crunchy broccoli florets. 🥦 Nice complimentary clear soup too, reminiscent of 'chicken rice soup'!
