To complete the ingredients of this green chakchouka, I used these green asparagus. I was happy to find a fresh one but again... I found at home that it comes from far far away, Peru... I'll pay more attention next time 😔
The taste and texture were good and much better than a bottled one.
I put asparagus, green peas, zucchini, onions and garlic in my green chakchouka. It was very good and there is nothing left!
