Typical Dutch dish with plant-based meatballs, mashed potatoes with cooked apples, onions and gravy. You can choose the vegetables to put into the potatoes, like broccoli or spinach (watch out they don’t add eggs or butter). It really gave me Christmas vibes…cozy, warm and comforting. Every component worked really well together, making the whole dish truly enjoyable, especially the meatballs, absolutely delicious!
Two black cats passed by (one was pregnant), and they were so fluffy and friendly 🥹🐈‍⬛🐾🩷🖤
