These really put the “mini” in mini sausage rolls. I baked them straight from frozen, following the packet instructions, though I probably should’ve left them in a bit longer to get a better crisp. Still, they came out fine. The pastry was flaky enough and the filling was tasty with no weird aftertaste. Bite-sized, no fuss, and surprisingly decent for what they are.
