This glass noodle salad was amazing! The portion was large and the seitan tasted absolutely delicious (might have been the best cooked and seasoned seitan I’ve ever had). This restaurant can also serve this dish with tofu or a selection of four other vegan meat alternatives. Overall this restaurant has excellent service as well, I 10/10 would recommend :)
