This is the new and improved version, where it’s made to melt. And that it does, the most quick and easy meltable vegan slices I’ve ever had, and this tastes good too, really thick and creamy. I’ve been enjoying sandwiches and quesadillas with this, and the last photo is one that I had today (I took the photo before assembling my BLT ingredients), which I think demonstrates how easy it is to melt. After I toasted my bread, I put a Yo Egg Poached Egg, topped with a slice of this cheese, and simply placed it back in my warm toaster oven without turning it back on, and this is how it melted after a few minutes later. I usually have a hard time melting cheese, where I have to cover it with something, but not this one. 
The next improvement that I’d like to see in some vegan cheeses is to add some nutrition, especially calcium or iron. I’m surprised that this one doesn’t offer more than just a bit of fiber and carbs, considering that it’s made with oat milk and nutritional yeast.
