This amazing superfood salad was filling, flavorful, and delicious! The Falafel Nest Salad is topped with a crispy falafel served over organic greens, shaved cucumber, creamy avocado, and house-made beet hummus. The signature maple dressing, drizzle of vegan matcha sauce, and sprinkle of hemp seeds were the perfect addition.

I have never eaten beet hummus before, but it was outstanding! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The price was $21. It was worth it!
