Extra points for this authentic leicha bowl that includes mani cai (cut so fine too!). Was so good that I added an extra serving of these #darkleafygreens, though the other toppings of tofu, cabbage, green beans and cai po (preserved radish) were pretty good too. Plus you can help yourself to as little or as much of the roasted peanuts as you like. Comes with brown rice, white rice or no rice (my pick). You know the leicha here is that good when this one stall occupies the ENTIRE coffeeshop in an idyllic setting next to a monastery. 💪🏻 The emerald pine nutty green broth was super satiating as well. #asktoveganise by asking for a vegetarian bowl, omitting dried shrimps.
