This consisted of wonderfully soft and chewy glass noodles, pillowy fried tofu, seasonal mushrooms, Chinese broccoli, celery, shredded carrot, napa cabbage, and lively, deeply flavorful preserved bean curd sauce that didn’t make it into the photos. It was so flavorful from a great choice of ingredients.
