Tenshi Tsukemen by Tonichi

Disclaimer: I’ve not tried the traditional Japanese tsukemen so I’m not sure how authentic this is but this vegan tsukemen was yummy! The ramen noodles were chewy and springy (you can choose between normal and soft) and the dipping soup had a deep and delicious flavour. The vegan unagi was also tasty, and they nailed the texture perfectly. All in all, a really hearty meal in my opinion!
