Crunchy potato cakes one with vegan
cream cheese and smoked carrot ‘salmon’ and
one with sautéed spinach and creamy mushrooms.

The creamiest mushrooms I have tasted.
Every component of this dish was delicious and flavourful. Filling and reasonably priced. Only marked down for nutrition because the latkes are deep fried.
