This consisted of a 🐮-free burger patty made with Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat, 🐄🥛-free cheddar and mozzarella, deep-fried red chili and jackfruit tamale, grilled jalapeños, and guajillo aioli on toasted sourdough. Wow! This brilliant creation shows so convincingly that being vegan is not about deprivation.
