I had this a few months ago when we first discovered swan street diner in Buffalo and I forgot to post it on @abillion and instagram. So there it is. I am not a banana fan. I can’t eat them plain and I’m trying to include them in smoothies and other things because I know they are good for you. When I heard this was vegan I thought I would try it. The bananas are in the batter and not on top of the waffle! Yay! What was on top were nuts and vegan butter. This was so good! #vegan #veganisnotscary #abillionlove
