This is one of their monthly specials, they keep on a rotation.
Its a really nice sandwich (even tho I didn't eat it like a sandwich 🤭) filled with a homemade meaty seitan steak slices which were really nice and juice, grilled peppers, sauteed onions and a really yummy cheezy sauce. Severed with potato waffles. That's how they call them it's fries in a different shape ✌️
All in all a really nice combination and I loved it 😍

Looks delicious! When a restaurant keeps a special on regular rotation the odds are good that it got a great response from many customers . If that’s as good as it looks I’d lobby to have it added to the menu. 😋
