Usually lime flavored tortilla chips add too much acidity for me since many dips are already acidic; salsas have tomato and guacamole has lime. However, these chips approach the lime flavor differently. The lime isn't an acidic punch, but more of a sweet flavor like key lime pie. It tastes like they used the lime peel to mellow out the line juice. It works really well!
