Not completely sure it's necessary but still feel I gotta have something like this as I push my body hard, the amino acid help for muscle care. Think it was a little under $20 with my discount. It's a good product but wish for a few things to be amended- become organic, replace all #plasticpollution #deathbyplastic , and replace or remove citric acid and "natural flavor". I'd pay some extra for those qualities.
