This was my husbands main but I had to have a little taste 🤭 With this dish, you get tender stem broccoli, fine beans, and squash over rice with Asian slaw and pea shoots. To me, the sauce was very much like Red Thai curry. It was so good! Husband absolutely approved and enjoyed every bite.
