Yum! How unique and delicious! Of the citrus fruits, lemon is much more commonly used in baking. It's cool to see lime in a bakery case! And lime and coconut are such a fun, tropical pair! This was a super tasty snack to pick up. The sugary part on top was obviously the best part, but the whole bread has a wonderful flavor. It was slightly on the dry side, but that might have been because it was mid-afternoon and they were baked in the morning.
