Hotpot no 玄米だし茶漬け 虹屋 nijiya VEGAN FARM — Avaliação do pattini (18 de mai. de 2025)

We visited this vegan restaurant at lunchtime, when they offered their hot pot formula: 4,900 ¥ for 2 people including a dessert. The lunch starts with this big hotpot with fresh cut vegetables to which boiling water is added and cooking begins. After some minutes you can already start making your first cups of soup by also adding some delicious home made miso provided by the restaurant and a yuzu dressing. During the meal they also provided some “thinly sliced mochi” which has a cheese like consistency and melted in the soup and udon. It was the first time for me trying the hotpot and I loved it! The vegetables all tasted super fresh and I also loved the combination with their miso soup.
The venue is pretty smalls and can host up to 6 people max, all seated at the counter.
The lady who runs this restaurant was lovely.
