Darin Vegan House is located inside Dara Thai PDX in #neportland, and aside from the separate restaurant names, it’s basically the same restaurant with a separate vegan menu that even has its own separate website.
This Pad See Ew includes pan-fried wide-size rice noodles with broccoli, carrots, and bean sprouts topped with sweet soy sauce. It was very fresh and tasty! For the protein they offer fresh tofu or fried tofu, or soy curls or tempeh for an extra $1.50. I opted for soy curls. I recommend this place if you’re looking for Thai food with more options than tofu.
