Making fresh rolls is truly one of my favorite meals. I always feel so light and satisfied when I enjoy these. I stuffed them with cucumber, seasoned tofu, avocado, mint, basil, lettuce, sprouts and kim chi and I made a really yummy almond butter ginger dipping sauce. Delicious! These last a long time. I just wish they had a resealable package!
