This is the entree @jonok ordered. A variety of mushrooms, ginkgo nuts, chestnut, rice, black truffle paste, and truffle oil are served in a hot stone bowl. The server mixed it all together for him in front of us. It comes with a spicy truffle sauce on the side. The majority of the truffle flavor comes from this sauce. It's nice that you can decide just how spicy you want it. The truffle had such a delicious and creamy flavor.
