This was really good! I cooked it according to the instructions on the bag in a frying pan and it was delicious. It was SPICY!! And had a lot of flavor too. I made burrito bowls with this “rice”, air fried tofu, lettuce, avocado, and salsa. It hit the spot. It felt lighter compared to real rice and there was a decent amount in the bag, though it did cook down quite a bit.
