There were two fabulous options, and we got one of each to share. Each was served with potatoes and bright and herby basil chimichurri. This one consisted of a quiche of 🐔-free mung bean 🥚, 🐄🥛-free cheddar, asparagus, and red peppers on a buttery flaky crust. It was topped with deeply flavorful, thick, and creamy mushroom gravy.
