I purchased these frozen #rustica #potatowedges during our last vacation, and they were quite tasty. They have a peppery flavor with a low spice level. I prepared the wedges in a skillet with a little bit of oil and the coating turned crispy while keeping the potato tender inside. Nutritionally they are 86% potato, low in saturated fat and salt, though have some additives.
These were good on their own, no dip needed! Available at Mercadona.
