I love Down to Earth’s hot and cold food bar. I have a lot of favorites that I alternate, but this is a new one that I hadn’t seen, so of course I had to try it. Tofu, along with bell peppers, onions, zucchini, herbs, vegan cheese and marinara sauce. On its own, I felt that it was a little bland, but I also tried out a vegan meatball, which I forgot to take a photo of, but I felt that it paired very well with this.
