Had a super good bowl with Tom yum ramen and mixed mushrooms. Wish you could add tofu instead, as there are already mushrooms included in the regular ingredients. Managed to add tofu as well, but it was with an extra price only, which was totally fine to me.
Other than that the Thai inspired sweat and tangy soup was perfect. Comes with coconut, lemongrass, rice noodles topped with mushrooms (not mixed), red onion, spring onion, cherry tomatoes and bean sprouts. Garnished with coriander and mint. Which makes up a super rich bowl 😋✌️🍲
