I wasn't sure what to expect with this dish.
The squares of fried rice 🍚 almost taste like a hash brown.
The yuzu dressing and avocado 🥑 were refreshing and the shiitake mushroom 🍄 almost tasted like #vegan duck.
Topped off with Sriracha mayo for a bit of a kick.
