These were really tasty! Great smoky flavor and nice chewy texture - meaty but not too much. I also liked that there were a few smaller crumbly pieces that got nice and crispy when cooked, which complemented the larger chewier pieces. Quick and easy to make and would be a great addition to a salad or tacos. Pretty good macros too; a good source of #veganprotein
