Banana Walnut Bread no slow bakes — Avaliação do Low Lai Chow (25 de mar. de 2025)

I staked out this banana walnut loaf at Slow Bakes for the longest time since it's only available in loaf form. Today I finally got half a loaf to go, with a slice to dine in. This had a really nice, almost honeycombish texture, like a cross between cake and bread, plus came with lots of walnuts. The banana taste was a bit subdued and not quite as burnt and caramelly as I would have liked. Still pretty decent though.
