If you love bold flavors, this one’s for you! The aubergine unagi was smoky and tender, with a sweet chili glaze that gave it a kick. Paired with crispy leeks, miso mayo, and those pretty little chili strings, every bite was packed with flavor. Koukoumi makes you feel like you’re part of something special – a place where luxury meets conscious living. I loved coming back to my super spacious, cozy room after dinner and knowing that everything here is designed with wellness in mind. Can’t wait to return!
