This focaccia was $15 as a house special, and was recommended to me by the staff as he’d made it the previous day. One can get dips/spreads of either balsamic vinegar, vegan pesto, or olive tapenade. I decided to get a combo of all three for variety. It came out in a cast-iron skillet, a whole round loaf baked in olive oil (a little bit too much oil I think as it was pretty much swimming) and maybe baked a little too long as the crust was quite tough and the texture wasn’t as light, soft, and spongey as other focaccias I’ve had. The pesto and the balsamic vinegar were good, but the olive tapenade was way too salty. Olives are salty anyway so they must have added salt on top of that. Overall good but can be improved.
