This is a fresh take on a Reuben. There is no mock meat here, so this Reuben uses mushrooms to get a meaty texture. This sandwich also has cashew cheese, sauerkraut, pickles, and Russian dressing on their spelt sourdough. The kraut is really yummy, but if you're looking for an authentic Reuben flavor, this is much different.
