When we tried these cookies at the Epcot Holiday Festival a few years ago, we loved them! So this time we were smart and got 2 to share! It’s a lovely soft cookie base with split icings. I’ve never had a traditional version of this cookie before going vegan but I’m sure this is a great replica. It’s a yummy sweet treat and I love that you get the best of both worlds with vanilla and chocolate icing!
