Jujube Walnut Bao no GreenDot - NEX — Avaliação do Low Lai Chow (14 de fev. de 2025)

This small crumbly steamed bao may not look that impressive, but boy, did the red date and walnut paste filling impress! My only complaint - the same for the other baos I tried at Greendot NEX today too - is that the flour crust is way too thick. Otherwise it was like some sort of warming TCM elixir that felt really indulgent.
