We finally got the chance to try this 100% vegan pizzeria that opened months ago just around the corner. I have been following the owner for a while and also got to try one of his pizzas at the latest #berlinpizzafestival, and I was really curious to try more.
All his pizzas have a crazy soft and fluffy and perfect dough.
I liked this one a lot, especially the sauce. The combination of tomato sauce + fresh intense parsley + chili reminded me of my beloved marinara romana. And the chili flakes were soo cute and good!
I think that mushrooms would work better here in comparison to aubergines but they are also great.
I didn't enjoy the chorizo that much - I barely noticed it was there tbh.
