Ooh nice addition to their regular menu 🙂 And yet another soupy dish, something was definitely up with us that evening 😅 There were other options - this dish can be served with curry or with black bean sauce, not sure why we went for the #clearsoup option. You also have the option of noodles or rice, we went with the latter because it felt like a better complement to clear soup 🙂

I'm not sure if you're able to pick which 5 pieces of #yongtaufoo you want or if it's a standard selection each time. We got stuffed #chilli, stuffed #aubergine, stuffed #bittergourd, stuffed #fucuk, and stuffed #okra. Flavour was decent all round, but the best part was the peppery broth, whose flavour the addition of fried #shallots really helped to bring out 😋
