Almost any time I see a vegan queso dip on sale I get it. It's just such a fun treat that is great for snacking and cooking with. This one is a bit sweeter than I would prefer. I have found that sweetness is pretty common in store bought quesos. To balance it, I prefer to pair it with salsa or other savory ingredients. This was nice for elevating my tofu scramble burrito for a quick breakfast.
