[EN] 🌱 Another dish I tried in my favorite vegan Vietnamese cuisine at Vege Kitchen is Bún Hue.
🌶️ It is the sweet and spicy dish. So pleasantly spicy, with a clear broth. Among other ingredients, we have tofu and delicious soy cutlets. There are also seitan slices (?) but these are somehow nothing special.

[PL] 🌱 Kolejna pozycja, której spróbowałem w mojej ulubionej, wegańskiej kuchni wietnamskiej w Vege Kitchen to Bún Hue.
🌶️ To pozycja słodko pikantna. Tak przyjemnie ostra, z klarownym bulionem. Wśród dodatków mamy tofu oraz przepyszny kotlet sojowy. Są też plastry seitanu (?) ale te jakoś nie zapadają w pamięć.
