As #fusion as it can get, this #allvegan #Asianfusion restaurant makes #arancini with #eggplant 鱼香 style. 😙 I loved this dish, combining sugar, vinegar, doubanjiang, soy sauce, and pickled chili peppers with the crunchiness of fried rice. Amazing!
