Delicious! Sweet, sticky, almost a light crisp to the bite. The mock meat is satisfyingly firm/not mushy/not gluten-y, and with no strong fake meat taste. Dish comes with pineapple and capsicum. #veganpork #veganmeat #veganrestaurant
