Braai'd Romeo & Vero's vegan ribs. They never fail to amaze me. With a basic marinade (Food lovers BBQ marinade, pickle brine, red onions, chilli jam, Paprika, salt and pepper).
When it comes to a braai, sides are a must. My partner made some curry noodles and I made a chickpea salad and braai brood (bread) which had pesto, homemade bread spread, vegan cheese, tomato and onion.
This braai plate hits all the flavor notes, the textures and is absolutely nastolgic.
